How to Kill qBitorrent.exe stays open as a buggy hidden process

Can you try the fix mentioned in #1332 ?

In a command prompt

netsh interface ipv6 6to4 set state disabled default
netsh interface ipv6 isatap set state disabled
netsh interface ipv6 set teredo disabled
